How to Check In

Main Lifts:

Top Set Videos: Please send 1 video of your top set from each main barbell movement. If you notice a big difference between sets, you can send an additional video for feedback.

Warm-Up Sets: Not required unless you have specific questions or issues. In that case, send them through, and I’ll give advice as needed.

Note: It’s highly encouraged to send videos of your main lifts after each session. Don’t hesitate, thinking you’re being a hassle—you’re not! Focusing on technique will speed up your progress, and constant adjustments will help you get the most out of your program.

Accessory Movements:

- If you’re new to the program, send videos of your accessory exercises from your first session.

  • After that, accessory videos are welcome but optional.

How to Record:

- Shoot your videos from a 45-degree angle (front/side).

- Trim your video so it starts just before your first rep and ends after your last rep, making it quicker and easier for me to review.

- For bench press, make sure your setup is included in the video so I can review your positioning.

This approach will give me a better understanding of your progress and help us address any technique issues before your next lift. Can’t wait to see those sets!

How to Send:

  • Share your videos through Trainheroic messages or instagram
  • Please cut video down to only show set up and the movement

Let’s keep pushing!
