As a certified strength and nutrition coach, he specialises in helping individuals achieve their fitness and strength goals through proven strategies and personalised programming. Using his experience in both powerlifting and coaching bodybuilding athletes, Shane is committed to helping you build strength, confidence, and lasting results.

    With over 5 years of training experience including competing in ICN and IFBB bodybuilding competitions, Jahara brings her knowledge and expertise to her coaching. Jahara’s own experience has provided her with insights into nutrition, mindset, and the discipline required to achieve sustainable results.

    Passionate about health and fitness, she is dedicated to helping others reach their goals through personalised coaching. 

    Her mission is to help clients reach their full potential by providing the tools, support, and motivation they need to achieve their health and fitness goals.
